Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Anything over $100 qualifies for free shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Our products are shipped via UPS Standard and will ship within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. After the order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary based on your shipping address. Note, we do not ship on weekends and holidays may add an additional 1-2 business days to processing time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your online order under the following terms:

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO boxes. Please review your shipping information for accuracy.

What is your return policy?

Kenmore Floorcare guarantees all unused merchandise for 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply email us at info@kenmorefloorcare.com to initiate the return process. All order inquiries must be submitted by email, as customer service phone representatives do not have access to order information.

All returned packages will be analyzed by our returns department for condition and contents. Items must be returned in new condition and must include all items received with the original purchase including accessories and Use & Care Guide. Items returned damaged, used, dirty, missing pieces, or in any condition that makes it not fit for resale, will not be eligible for refund and the item will be forfeited.

Refunds will be issued back to the original purchase method within 7-10 business days after your return has been received and processed. Depending on your financial institution, the credit may take 4 to 6 weeks to appear on your statement. Kenmore Floorcare does not refund shipping fees. Your refund will include the cost of the returned product plus taxes, less any original and return shipping fees. Orders that shipped for free will receive a refund of the cost of the returned product plus taxes, less return shipping cost.

Kenmore Floorcare products purchased through other authorized retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies.
