Where should I place my air purifier?
Position the PM2010 on any level surface and away from anything that would block airflow (ex: curtains).
My air purifier will not turn on. What should I do?
Turn off and unplug the unit. After 30 seconds, plug the unit into a working outlet. Ensure the power adapter is fully inserted into the power port on the bottom of the air purifier and verify the filter is installed correctly. If the power adapter is damaged, call 1-844-608-3081 for assistance.
When should the filter be replaced?
The filter should be replaced when the filter change indicator light comes on.
What is SilentClean™?
SilentClean™ cleans and improves the quality of your home air quietly, so you can watch TV, sleep or read without distractions.
Why isn't fresh air coming out of my air purifier?
All new products are shipped with a filter installed within the unit, but with a plastic bag still around the filter. Remove the plastic packaging from the filter to resume air flow.
